The whisper
When you pick up, a two-second whisper tells you the source: “Call from Google Ads.” The caller just hears ringing. Their number still shows on your phone, so calling back works the way it always has.

Transcripts are made on Ring Tracker's own server, so no outside AI company hears your calls. Audio is deleted after 7 days, or keep it up to 90, and nothing you record trains AI.

So every Ring Tracker number carries a fallback that runs on Twilio itself. If our servers are slow, down or throwing errors, Twilio skips us and rings your line directly.

No. Picking a number is a search box, and calls ring the phone you already answer. The only part that touches your website is the number swap, and that's one line of code you can hand to whoever built your site.
You choose, per number. Ring Tracker can try a backup line, then take a message in your business's name, or let your own voicemail pick up. Either way you get an email seconds after the caller hangs up.
Recording is your call, and so is the responsibility. Ring Tracker opens every recorded call with “This call may be recorded for quality purposes,” and the announcement is captured inside the recording itself. Washington and several other states require every party's consent, which is why the announcement is on by default. You can also turn recording off for any number.
Audio is deleted after 7 days by default, and you can keep it up to 90. Transcripts and call details stay for as long as you're a customer. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your calls to train AI models.
No. Ring Tracker doesn't serve healthcare businesses. Tracking a clinic's calls takes a Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA, and we don't sign them. Staying out of that is part of how the price stays this low.
